Built for the Fight.

We know the pain. The silence. The funerals.

Now we fund the fight to bring our people home—for real this time.

We stand the watch. But you hold the power to save lives.

This is Honorguard.

This Is What You’re Building

Real work. Real warriors. Real results.

  • $365.03 Donated: so far in 2025, every dollar from gross profit, not the leftovers.
  • 2 Dogs: one flown to rural Alaska for a Vietnam veteran. One stands with a GWOT veteran fighting for veterans rights in SoCal.
  • 6 Non-profits: received strategic advising and hands-on help to grow their impact.
  • 2 Entrepreneurs: Veterans personally mentored as they build their mission forward organizations.
  • 1 Mission Focused Business: Honorguard Coffee itself, funding the mental health fight a cup of coffee at a time.

Operation Arctic Blitz

Rural Alaska - Call Sign Charlie

Charlie delivered to a Vietnam veteran (name redacted) in a high-priority remote deployment.

The veteran made contact through a retired Navy SEAL, triggering a rapid mobilization.

Our team acquired the dog in Portland and delivered to Ketchikan, Alaska, where the veteran flew in by bush plane to meet and secure his lifeline companion.

Marcos Marine Corps Veteran with Service dog Rebel a Labradoodle

Operation Pacific Guardian

South Orange County - Call Sign Rebel

Marine Corps GWOT veteran Marcos requested support by dog.

Our team moved to locate and close with the supporting asset, delivering for effect.

Ongoing training and integration is led by a local organization under a retired Navy SEAL. Rebel has since been reported as a force multiplier in Marcos’ mission to fight for veteran rights in the California area of operations.

We've done this with scraps. Imagine what we can do with you on the team.

The Mission in Motion

This Isn’t the End of the Mission. It’s the Beginning.

Here’s how your coffee fuels the fight right now.

Micro Lot of the Month - Service Dog Support

Every 78 bags trains a veteran and their service dog for a full month.

Each month a new micro lot that supports Sable Warriors, a vetted program helping veterans train their own service dogs from a distance.

  • 50% of gross profit from this roast funds training.
  • Just 312 bags clears the waitlist—getting every vet in the queue the service dog training they need.
  • You’re not buying coffee. You’re helping warriors save their own lives.

Monthly Nonprofit Spotlight

We donate 25% of gross profit each month to a grassroots, veteran-led nonprofit that’s been vetted for impact—not just vibes. These are the boots-on-the-ground warriors in the community, often doing outsized work on shoestring budgets.

  • We spotlight one org a month.
  • Donations are baked into our operating model.
  • There’s no red tape. Just real help.

Chief Hutch Single Origin

A bag that supports warriors with four legs.
Chief Hutch is a retired Navy SEAL dog with two deployments to Somalia.

  • We partnered with Paws of Honor to support Hutch and other retired military/law enforcement K9s.
  • 50% of profit from this single origin goes to supporting their retirement and medical care.
  • Honor doesn’t retire—and neither do we.

This was never about coffee.

I never wanted the spotlight.

I don’t like being on camera. I don’t enjoy talking about myself.

Honestly, I’d rather be somewhere tropical, growing fruit and feeding chickens.

But I’ve buried too many friends.

I’ve heard the silence after the gunshot.

I’ve seen what it looks like when warriors come home and get left behind.

So I built Honorguard.

Not to get rich.

Not to chase clout.

But to fund the fight to end the veteran mental health crisis.

I’ve been told to dial it back.

To say less. To be more “palatable.”

Damn that advice.

This is a billion-dollar battle. And Honorguard is the strategic reserve.

We stand the watch.

We go back into the darkness.

And we guide our brothers and sisters home.

You and I, we are the Honorguard.

And we fight for the ones who didn’t make it, and for those of us still here, fighting like hell to hold the line.
